No refund despite obvious illegal "billing"

I got this email from smart cell tech, (who have taken my air time) in which it clearly states you have to go on the internet. My phone is not WAP enabled, so it is impossible for me to go onto the internet
email from them...
"Please note that the subscription has been stopped and a notification sms has been sent.
You have been debited for a content services which is for ringtones, games, wallpaper and video.
To join this services you go to the internet from your phone and except the terms and conditions.
Your network ask you if you want to subscribe and by clicking yes your number get registered:
I WANT THIS MONEY REFUNDED, they dont even bother to reply.
