I called EPX on behalf of a colleague and a man by the name of Peter answered the phone. Firstly, i dont think he had any idea what he was talking about, he wasnt sure about the prices and what me off was that he actually laughed at me before asking...'whats is your name'?? Such incompletence! I dont even know what he is doing there if he cant even appreaciate his job..
