Not willing to give services

Hello Peter, at vodacom, i went to purchase a screen protector for my phone, some guy told me he has no idea on how to help me, and i should be helped by his colleague, the unbusy (shelight skin lady) colleague with an attitude, said am too busy to help, while she was not busy, and she is the only one who is able to provide("supposedly ") the services, and the 3rd guy, who is also supposed to help me, he leaves the shop to go socialize with other people out side the shop and am left at the shop with no one to help me, and no screen protector for my phone
