Driver making loud music and eating on the bus

The gautrain buses have rules that they want us to follow e.g. No listening to loud music or eating on the bus. This morning one of their own, broke those same rules. He was inconsiderate of the passengers, he played his cellphone out loud and to top it all the speaker was not working properly. He then started chewing. The trip to work this morning was horrible as the train was full beyond its capacity.
