I was called last week (2014-01-16) with regards to the service that Double Deal (The Unlimited) is supplying and I asked the person i was on the phone with if they could hold off on debiting my account as i would like to do some thorough research about there services. The consultant took all of my details down and was actually very pleasant, however after some research and viewing of all the complaints on HelloPeter I decided to cancel. This morning my account was debetid for a sum total of R220.00. I believe this is the admin fee as well as first months subscription. I would like my money back and reassurance that they have actually canceled this account. I phoned the help line number at 081 990 0000 as well as emailed [Email Removed] to cancel the account on the 20-01-2014 however it appears that the account was in fact not cancelled.
