Please be ware of this company: Appliance Repair Guru. These shameless people conned my mom out of R2500 for repairs to her Speed-queen Washing Machine for a so called Gearbox repair. This seems to be their standard line just the cost increases from other reports about them. Needless say that once my mom paid them to get the so called parts they have disappeared. They don't respond to any of her messages or calls.
In fact now that she had to get another repairer out, turns out a Speed Queen washing machine Gear box can't be repaired, so by them opening it up is probably going to cost her more money in the future.
I cannot believe that these guys can do this and get away with it.
