I recently bought a car from this dealership.
They promised the car would be serviced, issues fixed and cleaned.

The car issues are not of urgency, but was promised that these would be fixed/replaced included in the overall price.
When I picked up the car after a day of being pressured to have the money in their account or I would lose the reservation on the car, even though the deposit fee had already been covered, I found the car to be dirty and with an unpleasant smell, and most important the issues not solved.

I then phoned the owner Mike Nathan himself and found him to be extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive. Client satisfaction or respect is not part of his work ethic, and even though he owns a dealership he clearly expressed that selling cars is not his job. This because he has people working for him, but these people are just as unprofessional and incompetent.

I am very disappointed and regret choosing Mike Nathan Auto Dealers.
