Phoned 5 times leaving messages

I bought me car in November and have never driven a Hyundai before. I am so disappointed in the service.
My car went in for a service in late December when the parts shop was closed.
I was told that I would get a phone call the next day to tell me when the rest of my things will get fixed.
I have now phoned 3 times since leaving messages with NOBODY to phone me back. I have spoken to Hiedi 2 weeks ago and she said she will phone me back the same day, I am still waiting. Yesterday I spoke to the work shop foreman who said he will phone me back yesterday and still nothing.
NOT SURE WHO WILL GIVE ME SERVICE???
