Worst service ever!!!

We bought a Hyundai I20 from them in late March / early April. We still don't have our spare key!!! I have phoned them 19 times!!! Petrus promises me everytime that he is attending to the problem and will have it sorted shortly!

I have also left several messages and never get phoned back, when they do answer my call i get told that he will quickly follow up and phone me right back, it hardly ever happens!!!

This is pathetic service!!!

And i am still waiting!!!
