School fees

I had a problem with Jenny from last year November trying to tell her that my fees are up to date and wanted to meet up with her to show her my receipts but she was too busy. I even asked her to check on my records but she told me that accounts will contact me but never did instead she send me statements saying that i owe her and i will not get my childs report wich i went and paid KNOWING very well that i dont owe her and refusing to sit down with me always busy now in January i also went to see her still she is very busy and telling me that for finance to see me its R500 as they dont have time for this.

However in order to "save face" and give you the service you deserve I have done the analysis myself this morning which wasted a whole morning of my professional time as I have my own work to attend to. The cost this morning in my time equates to R800:00 wasted! "
