I had booked in a madzda for service. Early january 2014 and had complained numerous times with regards to the rear windows that were constantly falling, and ridwaan had told me that they were ordering the parts/rubber to fix the problem, it has been 3 full weeks that has passed and I haven't. Received any feedback from mazda or Riwaan in respect of this problem, yet when they want to make a client buy the car they will go all out to sell it but when there is problems no seems to help, every one plays dum, does it take 3 full weeks to order a small part .really pathetic service, worst dealership ever.
