The worst service for a Mazda & Ford dealership

In January we went to this dealership and requested quotations for 2 vehicles. The quotations was accepted and the vehicles ordered. We were never informed about a waiting period, but endured the 3 month waiting period until the vehicles arrived. Once the vehicles arrived all of a sudden the quotations changed, retail price went up and trade in values lowered. Naturally this was queried, but accepted after an explanation. Onthe day that we would have signed the finance contract and take delivery of the vehicles we phoned the dealership who confirmed that they are ready for delivery. ON OUR WAY to sign the contract Mr Frans Van Niekerk, aparant manager of the dealership, contacted us and informed that he sold the vehicles to another client! His tone and attitude was very rude and not what you expect of a manager. I requested the dealer principal Arianna Tzircalle to contact me numerous times, but was apparently called a "trouble maker" by him and thus havent received a call from him to this day. I went to another dealership, Steyns Auto (Pierre Beeslaar) and not only is he offering a better deal but is giving me service that Aurinia Auto can only dream about
