Still a Customer?

It appears to me that once you leave the dealership with your shiny new vehicle you immediately stop being a customer, I bought my first KIA about 2 years ago and since then every interaction has been met with plain lack of interest. I recently tried to use the chat feature on your website, doesn't work. Logged a query on your website on the 23rd and still no response.

Here is my query for the third time:

Comments: I need to find out what my options are here, I bought my 2012 Koup from KIA Centurion and I am now looking at selling the vehicle, I was at the dealer today and they are only prepared to offer me R165000 for the vehicle while the sales manager brags that he is still going to sell it for R185000-R190000. Besides the fact that the vehicle is still in excellent condition it has very low mileage. I don't see why a dealer has to make R25000 profit just for re-selling a vehicle they know will move quickly and I insist that the dealer revisit and improve their offer. I look forward to your response.
