Can not get through to book a service

I've been calling this branch this morning to get an appointment for a car service. Numerous times I was put through, no one answers, I got cut off at least 3 times and at 10:30 I was EVENTUALLY called back and told the first appointment is next Monday. I also held on for ages with some tries.

This is SOOOOOO pathetic - just to make an appointment! I also called and asked to speak to the service manager, but was cut off, once again!
