Nissan South Africa
Extremely Inflates prices on parts

Miscellaneous

I drive a Nissan Patrhfinder and have a few small things I need to replace on the vehicle. I went to Imperial Nissan Dealer in Parow which is closest to my office to enquire on the price for a set of Mudflaps and for the Gasstruds that keeps the Back Door open.

I was absolutely shocked, A set of 4 normal rubber Mud Flaps costs R3508.00 and just one Gasstrud R2200.00, the gasstruds is exactly the same white gabriel ones you get at Midas etc. for about R150.

In the past I also enquired about a Gearknob, and for just the knob with nothing else the price was R851.00

Please people, think very very hard when buying a Nissan, the vehicles are wonderful but all that joy are not worth what they charge us for parts. I have checked online and most of the parts are sold by Nissan USA and UK for more than 10 times cheaper than what Nissan SA charge us.

Help me Spread the word!
