Refrigerator in worse condition after repai

My Samsung refrigerator over time was gradually not keeping foods frozen. On the 26th November 2013 I called in Mobile Fridge and Appliance repairs who then replaced the compressor and who was paid before they left the premises. No improvement in the working of the fridge was noticed. After numerous phone calls, during which they asked me to do the necessary fault finding, they returned 7 weeks later, checked a few things and left. The fridge is now worse than ever - not freezing at all. I have actually found 4 screws lying on the bottom of the freezer. Workmanship is shoddy, technical knowledge leaves a lot to be desired and the owners attitude, excuses and are shocking. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - I'm not the only one that has been taken for a ride!!
