Not received Tiida rear defogger after 4 years

I purchased a used Nissan Tiida 4 years ago in December 2009 from Mark White Nissan and it
was stated by the salesmen that they would replace the rear defogger unit as it was broken.
Over the years after repeated calls and asking at the time of a service it has been ignored.
