The service at Constantia Kloof is so terrible I honestly cannot think of worse! The tyre pressure monitor on my car was broken off during a car wash. It was going for a service so when I booked the service I told them to order one as it needed replacing. This was May/June 2013 (can't check because they never filled the service in the Service History book). I hand the car In and get asked "anything in particular", well guess who never made notes when I booked and specifically said "order the TPM". I get a call to say there is no stock and when I go to to collect the car after it's been serviced and am told they will order that and the engine mountings and will let me know when to bring the car in. It has since been established nothing was ordered. The service manager promised to order the parts and let me know when they have arrived, this was in October if memory serves me! Guess what, still don't have the parts! Left a message for the service manager on Tuesday - zip! There are no alternatives, one has to buy the parts from Daimler Chrysler and so everyday I drive a car which is unsafe due to their apathy and laziness.
