Terrible Service and a horrible attitude

(Incident1)
Booked a Grand Cherokee in for the 20 000 service 2 weeks in advance as I reside in Swaziland. On the day, a driver took the vehicle up to Nelspruit to be serviced. He arrived there at approximately 9:00am... They kept the vehicle the entire day and called me at 16:15 to inform me I need to reschedule for another day to service the vehicle as they do not have the parts to carry out a standard service. The excuse was that Jeep South Africa were moving offices and they did not have any parts. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told he is not available.

(Incident 2)
I ordered 2 wheel studs for the above mentioned vehicle. on Tuesday the 9th April 2013 with Fourie. I also then booked the car in to be serviced for its 40 000KM service and to replace the wheel studs as ordered. The vehicle was booked for Tuesday the 16th April 2013. On monday 15th April, I called to speak to Fourie and confrim everything for tomorrow. He then told me that the wheel studs had not arrived as Jeep SA is moving. I heard that exact excuse 6 months ago. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told he is not available - AGAIN...
