On Wednesday the 8th of January 2014, I had my Opel Astra towed to GM Menlyn after it refused to start. The following day (9 Jan 2014), I tried to call the service department a number of times and could not get through. I went there personally & was told that the crank sensor was broken and needed to be repaired @ a cost of R5500 and was told it would be done in 3 to 4 days. The following week, friday the 17th of Jan 2014 (9 days later), No one from GM had bothered to call me to inform me of my car's progress. I then went there personally (since they dont answer calls) where i was told that the parts have not arrived. After I left GM, I received a call from a lady informing me the parts had arrived and she asked when I could bring by car. I told her that my car is already in their workshop and has been there for over a week already. Further more, i received an sms reminding me that i have booked my car in for a service on the 20th of Jan 2014. Today is the 20th of Jan 2014 and i still dont have my car and no one has bothered to call. In October 2013, my car spent 4 weeks at GM due to parts "being on back-order". In Feb 2013 i waited 6 weeks for a replacement of a broken rear window
