Purches of vechile

We trade our getz in for a deposit for a second hand car (Nissan X-Trail 2004) we bought the car in October 2013, the vechile was a week with us, went back for numerous repairs and nothing was done! the head gasket of the engine was faulty, they said they would repair it. 2 weeks later they said the car was finishes, when we phoned for the car, they said that they are not finished yet, and they didn't't know where the car was for a week, the car was missing!!! so the car was not finished as they said it was. 1st instalment went off, we did not have the pleasure of driving the car, 2nd instalment went off, still did not have the car, we received the car 20 December, after numerous calls and fights and so that they would fix the car, the car was still not finished, they took the car back, they said they will give me my deposit back and settle the car at the bank, not done as yet as promised. so at this stage no car no deposit.no reg of car done, the trade in car still on previous owners name and the car is sold. PLEASE HELP!!!
