Levers out of my Vechile

After purchasing a car from these people the funds were transfered on Mon 2013/08/19 the vechile was than deliverd Thu 2013/08/22, Due to Chair Winders and levers that were missing, it had to go back the very next day for repairs on the flywheel that i had been told had just been changed this had left me with a loan vechile for - 2 weeks, in this time once the car was returned to me the same Chair Winders and levers had been i have made 3 trips to get these levers fitted on my vechile and all three times no one could assist i then got told they can only do it the week of the 21/10/2013 it is now the 30/10/2013 and i am still waiting to hear when these levers will be returned on my ca
