TOTALLY APPALLING Customer Service

I cannot believe the quality of service I received at Waltons, Silverton/Watloo Branch!!! I have never recieved this service from them untill now.

Its been 3 weeks now that I have been waiting for my order, and I am around the corner from them!
I have to remind this sales consultant in these three weeks to give me a follow up on my order on a daily basis.

Today was the last straw where she was yelling at me and giving me weak excuses saying her e-mails were down so she could not contact me and threw the phone down in my ear, I will not accept anyone to treat me in this manner! I also have an account there and they have all my contact details, so there is no excuse for not contacting me!

I have no problem finding another supplier for our company... one with more integrity and good customer service!
