HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM KIA SILVERTON

I took my Rio in for service at Kia Silverton on the 9/12/ 2013 and when I got it back it was making fanbelt sounds. I called them and they said I shoud bring it back in on the 12th for them to Adjust the fanbelt. On the same day after adjusting the fanbelt, on my way to Witbank I realised it was overheating, I stopped and called my Insurance and the towed the car to Witbank. Kia Witbank called me and adviced me to take it back to Kia Silverton as they were the last people to servive it. BEFORE TAKING THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE IT HAD NEVER OVER HEATED OR MADE FANBELT SOUNDS.
My car has been at Kia Silver from Monday the 17/12/2013 and so far nothing has been done to fix problem. I never get any form of feedback from them unless I contact them and all they say to me is that the do not know what the problem is yet. It was only after I went to Kia Silverton (13 January 2014) when they told me that ;they do not have the service book plan (which should be in their possesion), as a result of this they won't be able to order required parts. I have always been servicing my car at Kia Silverton so in my thinking they must have the service records. A MONTH LATER I'M STILL WAITING
