On Friday 11 October 2013 I purchased a Ford Mondeo ST 220 2004 model from Remo Motors. The vehicle was returned 14 October 2013. 7 faults were ticked of and discussed with Jozua Rossouw. After 7 weeks only 4 faults were rectified. On 11 Oct 2013, 7 Nov 2013 and 13 Dec 2013 mr Booyen however extended my guarrentee. After their service centers they utilized could not fix the faults he now refuses to fix the faults.i find this unacceptable as there was no urgency or commitment from the manager or company to assist. Since i purchased the car cash via guaranteed bank cheque the car has been with them. I think and suggested they should utilize professional dealers to sort the problems out yet it was never done. I feel this is unfair as i also have a right to be treated fairly and according to the consumer protection act it is my right. This company does not have any after sale service and doesn't keep their word. I will not recommend this dealership to anybody. I brought several other problems under Jozua's attention - the noise in front when reversing, the motor searching, and the enjin light just been resetted never solved, left passenger seat elect motor just temp fix
