I Purchased a Nissan Navara 4x4 from Car King in Boksburg during the month of March 2013, a delivery date of the said vehicle was set for 18 April 2013. However due to mechanical problems they could not deliver the vehicle.
Approximately a month later the said vehicle was delivered to me, and I immediately notified Car about numerous faults on the vehicle, Approximately two months later the vehicle was collected from Car King, were after I again immediately notified Car King about numerous faults on the vehicle that were still not fixed as well as new faults on the vehicle, the vehicle was returned within 2 days.
over a period of 22 Weeks / approx. 153 days, I had already paid 6 instalment payments of R4653.74 and had only had the vehicle in my possession for 10 days in total at various times since purchased.By early October 2013 I had received the vehicle back for the seventh time and within 24 hours of receiving it back, it had to be towed to my home due to mechanical failure. I finally took delivery of the Nissan Navara once more on the 1st November 2013 but over the following days problems quickly had returned. despite reports, No Assistance. taking this to the Ombudsman!!!
