Clutch Plates onVW

My unhappiness with VW last year December 2012 my Golf 6 GTI with VIN WVWZZZ1KZBW107835 (2011 model) it was on about /- 60000KM and the Clutch was burned, the worse part warranty didn't want to pay say I was negligent, I had to use my Motor plan that I was paying it monthly to fix it, the cost went to R23000
Golf 6 was hijacked and for the love and the comfortness of VW I bought a Beetle with Demo KM with VIN WVWZZZ16ZDM615637, Now the Beetle is on 45000KM and the Clutch is broken.

The VW highland in Mpumalanga quoted me R7 452.73 to fix it, as they say I have to pay it and they will ask for Warranty to refund me later.
My question is how will I still continue buying an expensive and fast with a Clutch problem and I have for it.
