Aircon defective- still under warranty

Hi. Lochner from the above company has refused any calls. They installed teh arcon in june 2011. 5 year warranty on the compressor. I asked him to come regas, techie cam out while i was away on business and he said there was nothing wrong- yet it blows hot air. Called again. No response. Got another company out- compressor packed up. 3k to replace with labour. this should be repaired under warranty.
