Absolutely Poor Service- A real let down!!! HELP

Our Double door Samsung Fridge, with ice maker, went on the blink on the 10/11/2013. The freezer side went up to 22 degrees, therefore losing all our food. I phoned through to report this issue on the 10/11/2013. I was told that due to the fridge being too old (4 years) it was out of warranty. I asked that this get esculated to assist in getting this fridge fixed as all my appliances are Samsung. Reality is that with in the last 3 mnts, the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave have all packed up and we had to get these fixed. I have spoken to Tulani, Lorna, Karabo, Timmy and Mary, to name a few, and still not resolved. We were told that in good faith Samsung will replace the compressor and we will pay for the labour. We were so grateful. (in the meantime we found out that the compressor is under warranty for 5 yrs). We were told to pay R420 for labour. The bill then moved to R1900 as we needed to pay for gas that was never mentioned. My husband is ill and all medication must be kept in the fridge which our neighbour has assisted. Xmas is also in a few days time and we are truly upset. I have always supported the Samsung Brand and this has left a bad taste in my mouth
