3 year old samsung fridge unrepairable

2 weeks back my wife reported to samsung that our 3 year old fridge wasnt getting cold anymore. They referred her to an accredited repair company (Darro) who said that they would need to R250 call out fee to assess the damage. She agreed and they sent 2 guys out who after doing dome checks confirmed that the compressor was faulty. This was supposed to be under 5 year manufacturer warranty so we would only need to pay the R1450 to fit and regas. We agreed and paid the R250 call out fee. Almost a week later a guy by the name of Allan from the repair company calls to say he needs the original invoice and will order the new compressor. A few days later they send the new part with the 2 techs and they try fitting it but they almost burn the fridge out with a gas fire which damaged some wiring and fan. They patched this up and said they need to come back with a new comp as that 1 was faulty too. we wait another week and they bring another which is also faulty. A few days and after several calls to Allan they bring 1 that they say works but as soon as they leave the fridge is exactly the same as before. We get in touch with samsung, they send another co that say fridge is beyond repair!
