Non delivery of service and bad attitude

Paid the amount of R535.00 as an annual fee to have mail redirected from a street address to Post Office Box 8, Howard Place.
To date this had not been done despite numerous complaints to the Post Master at Howard Place. The mail is still being delivered to the street address after 8 months.
