Nothing but empty promises

Booked accommodation and 3.5 hours spa treatment through groupon. Got there at 13:00, we were told that spa was busy, they will phone when we can go. We went to executive room, no coffee and no milk. So we went to "restaurant" looked more like cafeteria, bar was empty (really empty) not even a glass, no staff, just people building/repairing. We went to spa it was locked, not a soul to be seen through windows. We left. At 18:00 they phone asking if we want dinner (we did complete the forms marking dinner and bfast). When I asked about spa treatment I was told they were still busy, I told them we were there and saw it was locked. She was very surprized; and said we could come at 19:30!! Really!!! Are we going to bed at midnight then?? Clearly this lodge was not ready to have people, why advertise and not supply?? Starting off with bad reputation and maybe groupon should check things out before listing!!!
