Long lines - Post Office Doesn't Care

I needed to pick up a registered letter this morning. Two tellers, a queue of around 20 and it took nearly 30 minutes to get served. The staff didn't appear to be trying to work quickly to clear the queue and didn't appear to care when someone complained about the length of the queue.

I don't use the post office for services other than a post box because of their pathetic service. However, I can't avoid their monopoly on registered letters. If they can't be bothered to provide decent service, their monopoly should be removed!
