NTT refuse repair on vehicle with Repair Contract

NTT Nissan Klerksdorp sold a vehicle to me with a 1 year or 30 000km Repair Contract. The salesperson explained that the Repair Contract covers the repairs on the vehicle for 1 year or 30 000km which ever comes first and that NNT Nissan will cover all the repairs. After 4 months NTT Nissan refused to make repairs to the vehicle. The following needs to be repair:
1. Aircon
2. Brakes
3. Clutch
4. Central Locking and alarm
5. Left backdoor rubber
6. Airbag light
