My daughter did her Learners with Franci last year. I paid in advance and she arranged everything and my daughter successfully obtained her Learners Licence. I then paid in advance, R4286 on the 5th December 2012 for lessons and booking fees etc.By March, she had due to personal problems, only been able to give my daughter 5 lessons. I spoke to her personally regarding this as it was obviously unsatisfactory. She agreed and agreed to reimburse me for the balance of the lessons and the money I had paid in advance for the obtaining of the driving test. I then inadvertently paid an additional R400 into her account on the 8th March instead of into the account of the new driving instructor. My emails and sms's have been ignored. I managed to get her on the phone a week ago and she just grunted without actually responding. I am out of pocket R3533. She never delivered despite promises and just ignores me. This is very unprofessional behaviour. All I want is my money back as agreed!
