New car... lots of faults and empty promises

I bought a brand new car in Jan 2013 at Brackenfell Hyundai. From the start I had problems with the car. Some of it was high fuel consumption, no power. In April 2013 I took the car to Brackenfell Hyundai because the back wheel was bouncing up and down at 80 kmph. I asked for the shocks to be checked. It was said by the workshop that the wheel balancing was out. I took the car to Scppa Quick and they gave a report-shock failure. I was fedup. I wanted to return the car under the Consumer act but the Dealer Principle (George) promised that the vehicle will be fixed. It was fixed. But all the other problems where still there-that was not fixed. And I did not want to deal with the people of Brackenfell anymore. I took my car for a service on 20Jan 2014 and gave a list of problems. When I received my car I was informed that the car had shock failure-AGAIN!! AT 12400 km! And some other problems. I wrote to the regional director and George called. I went to see him and he made some promises. I was called once after I went to see him but im nowhere closer to an answer and I'm still stuck with my broken car. I had no other choice but to get a lawyer involved.
