UNETHICAL GYM - AND BROKEN PROMISES

We were pressured into signing a contract (no one went through the contract with us) and was told we could freeze our contract when we moved - we duly did this and the account was never frozen however we were handed over to legal for collection without even a phone call or a letter or any kind of communication. They have promised to sort it out but every one passes the buck and no one wants to attend to the matter - they are only interested in forcing people to sign binding contracts and then no longer interested in them--- they are the worst gym around! They have also promised in writing to remove my name from the Debt Collecter which they never did and I am constantly being harrassed for payment which I do not owe. The gym stated that I could deal directly with them and they would sort out the matter - all!!!
