Heavenly Maids
No refund for over a month late

From my last post on the 10th of Dec, i have been trying to get a refund from the maid service of which the maid from me and i let that go but i would still like my refund for the days she didnt come to work. Have been calling a number of times and Charlene manager or owner promises me the refund will be made and nothing comes of it.
I give up, i pray no one gets such poor service from such useless people!
I wish there was some where or some one i could report like this to that will prosecute them!
