The first time we made use of Lizzies Maids was last week, 23 July 2013. We paid for 2 maids but only 1 maid was delivered. They indicated that we could book one for another day which my husband scheduled for today, 01 August 2013. Our estate have strict rules with regards to access of service providers. The maid was informed last week to have her ID book at hand to ensure access to the estate. Nonetheless access was given last week.

This morning, our security wouldn't allow the maid onto the estate without her identity document due to a recent burglary at one of the units on the estate. I contacted Lizzies Maids and requested that they bring a copy of the identity document. The receptionist was extremely RUDE (aggressive), said that they couldn't do that and blamed me for the inconvenience. I indicated that I cannot drive (due to my neck surgery) and asked them just to bring a copy of the identity document. I was informed that they don't have the maid's identity document, that they will collect the maid and I will forfeit the money. I don't think this is fair.

This behaviour &bad service doesn't comply with their Pledge: "We value our customers with respect and dignity".
