Threatening customer for their messup

Thanks Lizzies Maids for the rotten attitude!
Your driver leaves your maid behind & I (the customer) has to drop her off at YOUR office. Instead of adjusting the fuel bill you are insisting that this is MY problem & I have to pay the full bill even though you put ME (your customer) at an inconvience. The fact remains that your maid knows exactly what time to leave. She knows the arrangment with YOUR company but she still left late. That's where the problem started. Your maid knows exactly what time to leave. But its cool Lisha I dont expect you to understand this. Clearly logic is not your strong point. And thanks for ranting on the phone! I used MY car and MY fuel to drop off YOUR maid. I'll gladly pay for the service but you should cut the fuel levy in half. Whichever way you look at it I still had to drop of YOUR maid. Half the fuel levy is R22.50. It's nothing for me to pay it but this shows your business ethic; you would rather lose a regular customer for R22.50. And then threaten to list me on ITC if I don't pay the full bill. Yes I have the sms! Readers beware of Lizzies Maids! I've read other complaints about them!
