POOR SERVICE AND COFFEE TABLE DAMAGED

Raychem at Boksburg did not properly was my leather couches and they damaged my coffee table.
I called and spoke to the owner Pinkie/Gladys who had a bad attitude and told me she was not there when her staffs was washing my couches. She said I rather speak to them.
I could not believe such bad service from the owner who did not even care about her customer's queries.
