Fastway Couriers (south Africa)
No Service

I have tried for three full days to purchase pre-paid satchels. The Customer Service centre keeps redirecting the call to the Sales Department but the call is never answered. Two different people have taken my contact details under the auspices of having a sales rep phone me back but I have not yet heard from anyone.

Here is a customer, ready and waiting to spend money with them. They stll managed to lose the custom despite three days' tanacious attempts to contact them. I'm glad now that I didn't speak to their sales reps as I have seen how many other Hello Peter complaints there are against Fastway. It would appear their actual courier service is as bad as their call centre customer service.
