Fastway Couriers (South Africa)
They made a mistake but it's my problem

It appears that Fastway does not respond to Hellopeter complaints so I will keep it short and not sweet!!

If you want to make sure you don't have courier problems, USE ANYBODY BUT FASTWAY COURRIERS FOR YOUR COURRIER REQUIREMENTS!!!

Cost me lots of money to resolve there POOR service, even after they admitted that "they" made a mistake. I'm saying "they" because everybody past the blame. Their Service Manager at the JHB branch, Gail Brits
Customer Services Manager, and a unbelievable BAD ATTITUDE.

Since when do you ask your customer permission to resolve your wrong doing. Come on people, you don't ask if you can, YOU TELL YOUR CLIENT HOW YOU GOING TO DO IT TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABBILITY. 99% of clients will be subsettable to your effort.
