Plane Bad Service - shocking

Never in my life I had to beg people to give me a quote so I can give them my money and my order.

Is adreach making so much money that they fail to phone a customer back in time, never have anyone on the phone to explain how their system works. There FAMOUS words... " Ill get someone to give you a call" BS!!!

Natasha being the lazy person who I spoke to, could care less about helping me out so she passing me on the the sale representative in my area instead of address my needs. This is not the first time but 3rd attempt to do business with them. Each time FAILING because their lack of service. I have needs now, I want information Now not 3 weeks when they decide to contact me.

Head office attitude stinks and so does the way they do business.
Instead of throwing money away to old clients on parties and holidays... They should
hire decent sales people who actually care about the customer!

Im off to say the least!

I want a senior manager to someone who actually owns the company so I can vent my customer experience at him!
