SANRAL website NOT accessible

I have received my 'SMS' from SANRAL (2784000151090235) indicating that I have overdue e toll fees to the amount of R186.96 and I have been handed over for collection to VPC.
I tried to contact sanral on given number... NO action and then to the website which I could not access... because... My system is a threat to theirs!!! Error code given...
