Incompetent Service

I am truly lost for words not to mention the incompetency and simply passing of the buck. I am sadly trying to get my delivery out of Skynet but to no avail when and if you do get through you just get transferred from one imbecile to another with no accountability whatsoever. I then get told to call a Errol character whose phone just rings and rings and the nsomebody picks up and just drops the phone... UNBELIEVABLE. All I want is for them to delivery my parcel and pray I never ever get to deal with this bunch of imberciles again.
