24hr delivery on 12 dec today is the 18th NOTHING

Made an order from a supplier in Durban on 12 Dec - promised 24 hour turnaround. Today is the 18th of Dec and I still have nothing! Skynet firstly sent the parcel to Durban instead of Cape Town - to an address which was completely incorrect - and this even after I told them telephonically that they have the wrong address. They then sent the parcel back to where it came from - promised delivery yesterday and still nothing. I made several calls to various numbers - got transferred from pillar to post (that's when they actually answered) and have still heard and received nothing. On one occassion when I actually got to speak to someone they had absolutely no idea what they were doing and couldn't help me. So much for 24 hours. I have subsequently had another parcel sent from JHB (sadly via skynet as well) and guess what - was supposed to be delivered yesterday... still nothing.
