During May 2013 I traded in my 2.2 Multiwagon on a Citroen C4 at the Nelspruit branch of GWM. All was fine, but at the time of taking delivery of the Citroen, the saleman told me that
1: There is an oil leak on the C4
2: The original electronic (remote) key is faulty
Both these will be sorted out within a week... is what I was told. After approximately three weeks, I got the papers, and then I was told that the dealer principal by the name of Chris, said that he was working on the key issue. The vehicle was booked into their workshop in order for them to attend to the oil leak. When going to pick up my C4, all I found was mechanics listening to the radio in my car, and no work was done due to the fact that apparently they were waiting for a new oil seal. Not withstanding the fact that I was not told that it will take longer than 24 hours, the next day I went to pick up my C4. I guess you can see where this is going... THERE IS STILL AN OIL LEAK... AND I HAVE NO REMOTE KEY. I have spoken to Chris (owner) on three separate occasions, and he keeps on avoiding the issue that the key will cost him too much to procure, and thus he is waiting for a Citroen branch to open in Nelspruit. LOL
