My sincere thanks to Shawn and his continuous follow up with me on the status of my wife's car. Although I was getting status updates through "your service" emails, Shawn always gave me more specific feedback. However, Shawn was recently on leave and when I enquired on the status from a colleague of his, the response was to say the least shocking. The respondent was disinterested and frankly told me to wait till Shawn returned from leave and to believe the "your service" email.

Renew -it should try and give the client an estimate time the repair. This will help planning the period required for the courtesy car from insurance. Had I known the repair would have taken longer than a month (accept December part closure) I would have taken the courtesy car later so that we could still have made use of it into January when schools began.
