AMAZING SERVICE and Quality

Today, i was asked to collect some engineered pieces of sheet metal for my uncle @ Kare Sheet Metal Products. As i had never even heard of the company before, and it being in an industrial area, my first thoughts were, oh no, here we go again, a small supplier / entrepreneur as i am, i can only imagine how long this is going to take at this company. To my surprise, delight and amazement -Customer service, at it's best.
I was greeted at reception, not only to a well ventilated, surprisingly spacious area, but the lady's (sorry never got your names) welcomed me, and I was immediately assisted and offered a soft drink / water while i wait for the person it charge of payments, she arrived timorously, i proceeded to pay for the goods.
The thing is, the persons that i was assisted by, including dispatch (where my invoices were neatly folded and enclosed into a envelope), made me feel like i am "here to collect a multi-million dollar order" I I would like to say thank you to the staff that assisted me @ Kare Sheet Metal Products (Pty) Ltd.
